Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 43.--VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND KANSAS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE

      72-4313.   Same; cooperative agreements.The state board of social welfare is hereby empowered to enter intocooperative agreements to further the purposes of this act with otherdepartments, agencies and institutions, both public and private, inproviding for the vocational rehabilitation of handicapped individuals, instudying the problems involved therein, and in establishing, developing,and providing in conformity with the purposes of this act, such programs,facilities and services as may be necessary or desirable.
