72-4451.Kansas training information program,establishment and administration; rules andregulations;reports; advisory committee; forms.There is hereby established the Kansas training information program. The stateboard shall adopt rules and regulations for administration of the program andshall:
(a) Publish anddistributea report of the employment placement rates and average salaries earned bypersons completing career technical education programsin this state during the mostrecently ended fiscal year for which such information is available. Theinformation required in such report shall be separately reported by program andby institution or school;
(b) establish an advisory committee consisting of representatives ofcareer technical education institutions andparticipatingprivate and out-of-state postsecondary educational institutions toassist in the administration of the program. Suchrepresentatives shall be comprised of persons who reside or work in Kansas;and
(c) prescribe all forms necessary for careertechnical education institutions and participating privateand out-of-state postsecondary educational institutions to provide theinformation necessaryto produce the report required by this section.
