Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 44.--CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION

72-4472. Wichita area technical college; official designation.[(a)] The Wichita area vocational school, also known as the Wichitaarea vocational-technical school, is authorized to beconverted to and established as a technical college and, upon such conversionand establishment as provided by law, shall be officially designated as theWichita area technical college.

(b) Whenever the Wichita area vocational school, or the Wichita areavocational-technical school, is referred to ordesignated by or in any statute, contract or other document, such reference ordesignation shall be deemed to apply to the Wichita area technical college.
