Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 51.--FOOD SERVICE PROGRAMS

      72-5113.   Same; acceptance of benefits of federal acts; administrationand supervision of programs; state plan.The state of Kansas does hereby accept the provisions and benefits offederal acts relating to food service programs. The state board is herebydesignated as the agency for administration of food service programs andfor supervision of the administration of food service programs by boards.The state board is authorized to prepare, from time to time amend, andadminister the state plan of child nutrition operations as provided in suchfederal acts.
