Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 51.--FOOD SERVICE PROGRAMS

72-5120. Appointments of authorized representatives; responsibilities. In accordance with the provisions of this act, each board having a foodservice program shall appoint an authorized representative who shall beresponsible for the operation and management of the food service program.
