Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 53.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

72-5333e. Same; inquiry into agreement with United States; renewal ofunderstanding.In accordance with K.S.A. 75-107 the governor, with the assistance ofthe state board of education, is requested to inquire into the mattersrelating to Fort Leavenworth school district and the terms of agreementbetween the federal government and this state concerning such schooldistrict. In pursuance of such inquiry a renewed understanding between theUnited States department of defense and this state should be attained, ifpossible.
