Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 53.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      72-5371.   Reproduction of records.The governing body of any school district may cause any or all records,documents or papers to be photographed, microphotographed or otherwisereproduced. The photographic film shall comply with federalstandardNo. 125a,dated April 24, 1958, or the latest revision thereof, issued pursuant tothe federal property and administrative services act of 1949, as amended. The device used to reproduce such records on such film shall beonewhich accurately reproduces the original thereof in all details. The schooldistrict may use reproduction methods which include the digital storage andretrieval of official school district records.
