Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 53.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      72-5373.   Same; preservation and destruction of original records, when. Whenever such photographs, microphotographs or reproductions on filmshall be placed in conveniently accessible files and provisions made forpreserving, examining and using the same, the custodial officer may, withthe approval of the governing body cause the originals from which thephotographs or microphotographs have been made or any part thereof to bedeposited in a safe place if the same are of a permanent value or destroyedif not of permanent value.
