Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 55.--STATE SCHOOL RETIREMENT SYSTEM

      72-5528.   Ad valorem tax prohibited.It is hereby determined and expressly provided that no ad valorem taxshall ever be levied to provide funds for the administration of this act orfor the payment of any benefits hereunder.
