Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 55.--STATE SCHOOL RETIREMENT SYSTEM

      72-5530.   Invalidity of part.If any section or part of a section of this act shall be heldunconstitutional by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have passed this act without such invalid section or partof a section, and the remaining provisions shall be given full force as ifthe part held unconstitutional had not been included herein.
