Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6423.   Driver training fund.(a) There is hereby established in every district a fund whichshallbecalled the driver training fund which fund shall consist of allmoneys deposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. Allmoneys received by the district from distributions made from the state safetyfund and the motorcycle safety fund and from tuition, fees or chargesfor driver trainingcourses shall be credited to the driver training fund. The expenses of adistrict directly attributable to driver training shall be paid from the drivertraining fund.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
