Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6425.   Transportation fund, abolished;transportation expenses paid from general fund.(a) All moneys received by thedistrict for pupil transportation shall be credited to thegeneral fund. The expenses of a districtattributable to pupil transportation shall be paid from thegeneral fund.

      (b)   The transportation fund of each district is hereby abolished. Anymoneys in such fund shall be transferred and credited to the general fund ofthe school district.
