72-6429. Transfers to general fund authorized; limitations.(a) In eachschool year, any board may transferto its general fund from any fund to which transfers from the generalfund are authorized an amountnot to exceed an amount equal to the amount transferred from the generalfund to any such fund in the same school year.
(b) The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
