Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6436.   New districts; boundary changes; revisions.(a) Whenever a new district has been established or theboundaries of adistrict have been changed, the state board shall make appropriaterevisions concerning the affected districts as may be necessary for thepurposes of this act to reflect such establishment of a district or changesin boundaries. Such revisions shall be based on the most reliable dataobtainable from the superintendent of the district and the county clerk.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
