Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6453.   Nonseverability provision,exception.Except as provided by this section, the provisions of thisact shall not beseverable. If any provision of this act, other than the provisions relating todeclining enrollment andthe increase in supplemental general state aid attributable to the increase inthe state prescribedpercentage underK.S.A. 2009 Supp.72-6433,is held tobe invalid or unconstitutional by court order, the entire act shall be null andvoid.
