Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 65.--STATE AID TO WASHBURN UNIVERSITY

72-6509. Eligibility for grants; current membershipin northcentral association of colleges and universities required.The university shall not be eligible to receive payments ofstategrants from the state general fund unless it is currently a memberin good standingof the north central association of colleges and universities.
