Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 67.--SCHOOL UNIFICATION ACTS

72-6789b. Name and style of district; application of laws.The name and style of every unified school district established underthis act shall be "unified school district No. ____, __________ county,state of Kansas," and all laws applicable uniformly to unified schooldistricts established under the school unification acts shall apply tounified school districts established under this act: Provided,however, The provisions of K.S.A. 72-6756 shall not apply to suchdistricts established under this act.
