Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 67.--SCHOOL UNIFICATION ACTS

      72-6793.   Validating certain unified school districts.The orders of the state superintendent of public instruction issuedafter unified district No. 449 of Leavenworth county and before February23, 1965, headed "order organizing unified school districts anddisorganizing nonunified school districts" are hereby declared to beoperative and effective to the extent and at the time specified in suchorders except as may be otherwise specifically provided in any of theschool unification acts. The above orders of the state superintendenthereby validated are made in substantially the form set out in section 2 ofthe second unification act, and the same are filed in the office of thestate superintendent of public instruction. The unified districts validatedby this section are designated by the name and style of "Unified SchoolDistrict No. ____, __________ County, State of Kansas"; and the numbers andcounties of such unified districts are as follows: No. 450 of Shawneecounty; No. 451 of Nemaha county; No. 452 of Stanton county; No. 453 ofLeavenworth county; Nos. 454 and 456 of Osage county; No. 455 of Republiccounty; and No. 457 of Finney county.
