Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7526.   Same; conditions; reasons.The instruments of conveyance quit claiming, releasing and remising thereal estate described in K.S.A. 72-7525 shall beexecuted in the name of the state board of education by its chairman.Said state board shall execute the quit claim deed for the reason thatsuch real estate is no longer needed or used for educational purposeswhich existed on November 15, 1966, on which date the United States ofAmerica, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenances to thestate educational authority of the state of Kansas, grantee, for theexclusive use of Schilling institute (now Kansas technical institute).
