72-7701. Organizational status of state department of education;application of K-GOAL.(a) There is hereby established the state department of education withappropriate divisions which shall be under the administrative supervisionof the commissioner as directed by law and by the state board.
(b) The provisions of the Kansas governmental operations accountabilitylaw apply to the state department of education, and the department is subjectto audit, review and evaluation under such law.
