Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 82.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION

72-8217. Same; prepayment of bonds.The board of education is hereby authorized to make payments ofprincipal and interest on any such bonds prior to the date of maturity,under such terms and conditions as the board deems advisable, if theholders of such bonds proffer such bonds for early retirement.
