Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 82.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION

      72-8220.   Same; annual notice to county clerk.It shall be the duty of the board of education of such unified schooldistrict to give written notice each year on or before the first day ofAugust, for the remaining term of the bond issue, to the county clerk ofthe home county of such unified school district, to the effect that no levyshall be made for the purpose of making payments of principal and intereston such outstanding bonds.
