Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 83.--TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS

72-8314. Same; penalty for violations.Any individual, firm, partnership, association or corporation whooperates such motor vehicle in violation of the requirements of this actshall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall befined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or confined in the countyjail for not more than thirty (30) days, or be both so fined andimprisoned.
