Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 88.--CAPITAL OUTLAY LEVY, FUND AND BONDS

      72-8809.   New authorization of levy after certification of finallevy to county clerk.The board of education of any school district which has made a tax levyunder K.S.A. 72-8801 may at any time after the final levyis certified to the county clerk under any current authorization,initiate procedures to renew its authority to make a like annual taxlevy in the amount and upon the conditions and in the manner specifiedin said K.S.A. 72-8801, and at five-year intervals thereafter may in likemanner and on like conditions renew such levy for successive five-yearperiods.
