Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 88.--CAPITAL OUTLAY LEVY, FUND AND BONDS

      72-8812.   Validity of certain tax levies and bonds not affected.This act shall not in any manner be construed as affecting the validityof any tax levies authorized to be made under article 88 of chapter 72 ofKansas Statutes Annotated prior to the effective date of this act, norshall this act in any manner be construed as affecting the validity of anybonds issued or authorized to be issued under said article 88 prior to theeffective date of this act.
