Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 89b.--SCHOOL SAFETY AND SECURITY ACT

      72-89b05.   Severability.If any provision of the Kansas school safety and security act as in effect on the effective date of this act, or as amended by this act, ortheapplication of any such provision to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application and, to this end, the provisions of the Kansasschool safety and security act as amended by this actare severable.
