Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 96.--PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

72-9609. Professional development fund;establishment; sources; use.There is hereby established in every school district a fund which shall becalled the professional development fund,which fund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred theretoaccording to law. All moneys received by the school district from whateversource for professional development programsestablished under this act shall be credited to the fund established by thissection. The expenses of a school district directly attributable toprofessional development programs shall bepaid from the professional development fund.
