Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 99.--AT-RISK EDUCATION

72-9926. Same; appropriation, limitation.Any appropriations for the implementation of the provisionsofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.72-9920 through 72-9926, and amendments thereto, shall notexceed $20,000,000, in theaggregate, from one ormore funds in the state treasury.
