8-238.Operators of school buses; operators of vehicles transporting
persons or certain property for compensation; age restrictions.
No person who is under the age of 18 years shall drive
any school bus transporting school children or any motor vehicle when in
use for the transportation of persons for a fee or when in use for the
transportation of property, other than property owned or sold by the owner
or lessee of such vehicle, for compensation.
