Chapter 9.--BANKS AND BANKING; TRUST COMPANIES
Article 17.--BANKING CODE; SUPERVISION; COMMISSIONER

      9-1705.   Special reports. Whenever and as often as he or she deems it necessary the commissioner shall have the power to call upon any bank or trust company for a report of its condition upon any given day.
