Chapter 9.--BANKS AND BANKING; TRUST COMPANIES
Article 19.--BANKING CODE; DISSOLUTION; INSOLVENCY

      9-1909.   Claims to be filed within one year. All claims of depositors and other creditors must be filed with the receiver within one year after the date of the receiver's appointment, and if any claim is not so filed then it shall be barred from participation in the estate and assets of any such bank or trust company.
