Chapter 9.--BANKS AND BANKING; TRUST COMPANIES
Article 20.--BANKING CODE; CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS

      9-2006.   Receiving deposits after authority revoked; penalty. Any officer of any bank whose authority to transact a banking business has been revoked as herein provided, who shall receive or cause to be received any deposit of whatever nature after such revocation, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000, and by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than one year.
