15.930 Use of funds.
The state board may accept federal funds granted by the Congress or executive order for <br>the purposes of KRS 15.900 to 15.940 as well as gifts and donations from individuals, <br>private organizations, or foundations. All funds received in the manner described in this <br>section shall be transmitted to the State Treasurer for deposit in the trust fund, and shall <br>be made available for expenditure as appropriated by the General Assembly.
