18A.2253 Self-insurance for area development district employees.
Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS 18A.225, the area development districts may <br>jointly establish an employee benefit fund to provide for self-insurance of all risks in the <br>provision of benefits for district employees comparable to those that may be paid under a <br>policy or contract procured by the secretary of Finance and Administration Cabinet as <br>provided in KRS 18A.225(2).
