30A.030 Bond of clerks, deputies, and other personnel. (1) All clerks, deputy clerks, and other persons employed in the office of the clerk shall be bonded to the Commonwealth for the faithful performance of their duties and for <br>the accounting of all funds which may come into their hands by virtue of their <br>office. They shall be covered by the blanket bond for all elected or appointed state <br>officials. (2) No other bond shall be required for performance of duty by the clerk, and any statute to the contrary is repealed to the extent of the conflict. Effective: January 2, 1978 <br>History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 3, effective January 2, 1978.
