35.210 Oaths and affirmations. (1) The military judge, all interpreters, and, in general and special courts-martial, the members, the trial counsel, assistant trial counsel, the defense counsel, assistant <br>defense counsel, and the reporter shall take an oath or affirmation in the presence of <br>the accused to perform their duties faithfully. (2) All witnesses before courts-martial shall be examined on oath or affirmation. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 28. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 41, effective July 1, 1954.
