56.310 Annual report to Governor.
The Secretary of State shall report to the Governor, on or before October 10 of each year, <br>the number of patents issued and copies supplied, and the amount of fees received <br>therefor and paid into the State Treasury. He shall take the Treasurer's receipt for the fees, <br>and publish it with his report to the Governor.
