56.540 Acts or actions taken by commission not invalidated -- Cabinet may
complete transactions.
The vesting in the cabinet by KRS 56.440 to 56.580 of any of the powers, duties or <br>functions heretofore vested in the commission shall not have the effect of invalidating any <br>acts or action heretofore taken by the commission; and the cabinet is authorized and <br>directed to execute any conveyance or other writing or take whatever action may be <br>necessary to complete any such transaction, the same as the commission could have done <br>prior to the effective date of KRS 56.440 to 56.580.
