65.664 Powers of emergency services boards.
The emergency services board shall be a corporate public body and a political subdivision <br>of the Commonwealth. It may prosecute and defend suits, hire necessary employees, and <br>perform all acts necessary to carry on the work of providing fire fighting, emergency <br>ambulance, and rescue squad services to the community.
