Page 1 of 1 67C.113 Continued existence of taxing and service districts located within territory of the consolidated local government. All taxing districts, fire protection districts, sanitation districts, water districts, and any <br>other special taxing or service districts of any kind existing upon the successful passage <br>of the question to consolidate a city of the first class and its county shall continue in <br>existence unless dissolved in the manner prescribed by law and shall continue to exercise <br>all the powers and functions permitted by the Constitution and the general laws of the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 189, sec. 7, effective July 14, 2000.
