67C.311 Mayor's certification of information on police officers.
Within thirty (30) days after the creation of a merit board under KRS 67C.301 to <br>67C.327, the mayor shall certify to the board the names, rank, rate of pay, and the <br>seniority of every officer on the police force as of the effective date of the ordinance <br>creating the board.
