70.380 Staying or delay of process -- When constable excused by. It shall be no defense to any action or motion against a constable or his sureties that the <br>process or other authority under which he acted, or it was his duty to act, was stayed or in <br>any manner delayed, unless it was done in writing signed by the plaintiff, his agent or <br>attorney.
