95.991 Penalties. Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, or falsifies, or permits to be <br>falsified, any record or records of the fund defined by KRS 95.851, in any attempt to <br>defraud the fund, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $500 or <br>imprisoned in the county jail not less than twelve (12) months, or both, and the fund shall <br>have the right to recover any payments made under false representations.
