98.150 Procedure on completion of building or improvement. When the commission decides that any building or improvement, or any distinct portion <br>thereof, has been completed and is ready for actual use, the commission shall notify the <br>department of the city that has charge of buildings or improvements of the character of <br>the one (1) completed, and such department shall thereafter have exclusive control of the <br>building or improvement.
