155.050 Approval of Governor -- Effective date of incorporation. Before the said articles of incorporation shall become effective, they must be approved by <br>the Governor, and from the date the said articles of incorporation are filed in the office of <br>the Secretary of State, with such approval, the stock subscribers, their successors and <br>assigns, shall become a body corporate, by the name specified in the articles, subject to <br>amendment and dissolution as provided in this chapter.
