175.550 Remedies of bondholders. Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter or any of the coupons <br>appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust indenture, except to the extent the <br>rights herein given may be restricted by such trust indenture, may, either at law or in <br>equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all <br>rights under the laws of the Commonwealth or granted under this chapter or under such <br>trust indenture or the proceedings authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may <br>enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this chapter or by such trust <br>indenture or proceedings to be performed by the authority or by any officer or employees <br>thereof, including the fixing, charging and collecting of tolls.
