183.080 Air traffic rules. The cabinet may promulgate air traffic rules applicable to the operation of aircraft within <br>the state, but the rules shall be in conformity with the air traffic rules adopted by the <br>Federal Aviation Administration as nearly as possible. The cabinet may also promulgate <br>such other rules, not in conflict with the Federal Aviation Administration regulations <br>necessary for safe, adequate, and convenient operation of airports, air navigation, air <br>transportation, and all matters relating to said functions.
