183.670 Receiver. If there is any default in the payment of principal or interest of any bond, any court having <br>jurisdiction of the action may appoint a receiver to administer the airport facilities on <br>behalf of the air board, governmental unit or the Commonwealth with power to charge <br>and collect rates, charges and fees sufficient to provide for the payment of any bonds or <br>obligations outstanding against the airport facilities, and for the payment of operating <br>expenses, and to apply the income and revenue in conformity with KRS 183.630 to <br>183.740. Effective: March 25, 1960 <br>History: Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 179, sec. 44, effective March 25, 1960. -- Created 1945 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 3, sec. 6.
