206.080 Officers not to charge fee for collecting pensions -- Attorney's fee. (1) No officer of the state or county, except notaries public, shall charge an official fee for services in connection with the prosecution or collection of pension. (2) No person shall charge, demand or receive more than five dollars (&#36;5) for his services as agent or attorney in prosecuting any claim for a pension.
