212.110 Certification of election results. The result of any county election for the creation, establishment and maintenance of a <br>county department of health shall be certified to the fiscal court of the county in which the <br>department is to be created, established and maintained. The fiscal court shall, if the <br>result of the election is certified as in favor of the department, forthwith proceed to <br>declare the county a county department of health, and shall proceed to put the department <br>of health into effect in the same manner as they are authorized to do upon their own <br>initiative.
